I used to hate exercising too. Going to the gym, running and most forms of physical activity seemed dull and painful compared to most other ways I could spend my time. But by not giving up and looking for a way I could enjoy working out , I reversed this pattern. Now I exercise 5-6 times per week and I hate not being able to go.
Here's some tips to make exercise something you actually want to do:
Make it a Habit - Remove the thinking element. If you can make exercise a habit, then it becomes that much easier to go. Here’s some tips on making habits stick if you aren’t sure where to start.
Get a Partner - Get someone else to go to the gym with you. Pick someone who is committed to their health . Not only can you socialize with someone while you’re there, but you’ll have a backup in case your motivation alone isn’t enough to drag yourself out there.
Tune Your Challenge Level - Here are two bad ways to start exercising. Go out and run until your winded and dry-heaving into a ditch. Show up to the gym, walk around, don’t do anything strenuous and go back Home. In one case you put the challenge level to high, the other wasn’t challenging at all. Your goal is to set a workout routine that is challenging, but not overwhelming. Challenge is key to enjoyment.
Set goals - Not weight-loss or muscle gain goals, but fitness goals. in distance ran, push-ups or chin-ups you can do , weight you can lift or degree you can stretch. Fitness goals make the gym a game where you strive to beat your previous high-score.
  


Crispy Eggplant and Roasted Tomato Salad

If you have leftovers from this dinner, try it as a quick and delicious sandwich for the next day's lunch. Stack everything on ciabatta and spoon the vinaigrette over the top .

Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 large egg
1 large egg white
⅓ c. all-purpose flour
1 c. panko bread crumbs
¼ c. grated Parmesan
kosher salt
Pepper
1 medium eggplant
6 plum tomatoes
4 c. baby spinach
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
½ small red onion
4 oz. bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella balls)
½ c. torn fresh basil
Directions
Adjust oven racks to lower and middle positions executive training. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly oil a large rimmed baking sheet. Beat the egg and egg white in a shallow bowl and place the flour in a separate shallow bowl. In a third bowl, combine the panko with the Parmesan, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
Slice the eggplant into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Dip the rounds in the flour, then the eggs (letting any excess drip off), and finally in the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere; transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Roast on the lower oven rack until the eggplant is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
On a second rimmed baking sheet, toss the tomatoes with 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper; transfer to the oven and roast on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, scatter the spinach over the top and toss until beginning to wilt.
While the vegetables are in the oven, in a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar and remaining tablespoon oil with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add the onion, mozzarella, and basil and toss to combine. Serve the eggplant with the tomatoes and spinach and spoon the vinaigrette over the top .
